DisclaimerEvery effort has been made to ensure that the PIPchecker accurately reflects the underlying law Benefits Owl cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of it.
Benefits Owl is not aware of all your personal circumstances, and therefore use of it does not constitute legal advice to you personally. If you need personal legal advice tailored to your specific circumstances you will need to obtain this from an advisor or solicitor.
ExclusionsAlthough I've tried to make sure that PIPchecker covers most circumstances, there may be some unusual situations where it will not work properly. The ones I can think of are these:
- Being in hospital or residential care;
- Being in prison;
- People who already receive the armed forces independence payment, or the war pensioners' mobility supplement, or constant attendance allowance as part of the war pension scheme;
- People who already receive constant attendance allowance as part of the industrial injuries scheme;
